If you are using Firassa AI on behalf of an organization, that organization may control certain account, workspace, or content processing settings and may be responsible for responding to some data requests relating to business account information.

The information we collect depends on how you interact with Firassa AI. We may collect:

• Account and contact information: name, work email, company name, account credentials, billing contact information, and support correspondence.
• Billing and transaction information: subscription plan, invoices, payment status, and limited payment-related metadata provided by our payment processors.
• Input content: videos, audio files, images, text, URLs, prompts, API payloads, instructions, metadata, and other materials you upload or submit for processing.
• Output and usage results: transcriptions, classifications, object detection results, contextual analysis, tags, annotations, embeddings, scores, reports, and related output generated by the Service.
• Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, timestamps, request logs, API usage, account activity, performance telemetry, and security logs.
• Website analytics data: page visits, referring pages, interactions with marketing pages, cookie or similar analytics signals, and campaign attribution information.
• Communications: messages sent to sales, support, legal, privacy, or DMCA inboxes and any attachments or records associated with those requests.

3. How We Use Information

Consistent with the Firassa AI Terms of Service, Firassa AI may use Input, User Content, and Output to develop, train, tune, evaluate, improve, and enhance the Service and Firassa AI's related products, services, models, algorithms, and technologies, subject to applicable law and this Privacy Policy.

4. AI and Cloud Processing

Firassa AI is a cloud-based multimodal AI service. When you submit content, your information may be transmitted to and processed on infrastructure operated by Firassa AI and its cloud or model service providers.

This processing may include storage, ingestion, transcoding, feature extraction, indexing, model inference, quality review, troubleshooting, monitoring, and creation of output such as transcriptions, tags, classifications, analytics, embeddings, and reports.

We may use third-party subprocessors and infrastructure providers, including cloud hosting, storage, analytics, security, communications, and payment providers, to support these operations. Our current subprocessor list is available at https://firassa.ai/subprocessors.

5. Sharing and Disclosure

We may share information in the following circumstances:

• Service providers and subprocessors: with vendors that help us host, secure, analyze, support, bill, communicate, and operate the Service.
• Within your organization: with authorized administrators or teammates associated with your account or workspace.
• Legal and compliance purposes: when required to comply with law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or lawful government request.
• Security, rights protection, and enforcement: to investigate misuse, enforce our agreements, respond to infringement complaints, or protect the rights, safety, and property of Firassa AI, our users, or others.
• Corporate transactions: in connection with financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
• With your direction or consent: when you instruct us to share information or authorize an integration or disclosure.

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. We also do not disclose confidential user content to other customers except as necessary to provide the Service, as permitted by our Terms, or as required by law.

6. Retention and Deletion

We retain personal information, input content, and output for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain accounts, satisfy contractual obligations, secure the platform, and meet legal, billing, audit, or dispute-resolution requirements.

Consistent with the current Firassa AI Terms of Service, upon account termination we will delete your data within ninety (90) days, except where a longer retention period is required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, backup, billing, audit, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Deletion timelines may also depend on your subscription plan, support commitments, and whether content has been preserved in backup or recovery systems for a limited period.

7. Security

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure.

Security measures may include access controls, logging, encryption in transit where supported, vendor management, monitoring, and incident response procedures.

No system can be guaranteed absolutely secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.

8. International Transfers and DPA

Firassa AI and our service providers may process information in the United States and in other jurisdictions where we or our subprocessors operate.

Where applicable, we use appropriate measures to support cross-border transfers, which may include contractual commitments or other legally recognized safeguards.

If applicable data protection law requires a data processing agreement, our Data Processing Agreement at https://firassa.ai/dpa may apply to the relevant processing activities.

9. Sensitive Data and Rights to Content

Because Firassa AI processes video, audio, image, and text data, submitted content may contain personal data, biometric data, or other sensitive information. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights, notices, consents, permissions, and legal basis needed for the content you submit.

You should not upload content that you do not have authority to process. This includes third-party copyrighted media, recordings captured without authorization, or data for which required consents or notices have not been obtained.

If your use case involves regulated or high-risk data processing, including biometric identification or facial recognition, you remain responsible for complying with applicable privacy, employment, consumer protection, and AI laws.

10. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction and the context of our relationship, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information, or to object to certain processing.

You may also request a copy of certain information, ask us to update account details, or opt out of non-essential marketing communications by following the instructions in those messages.

11. Children's Data

The Service is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the public website or service sign-up flow.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to Firassa AI without appropriate authorization, contact us and we will review the request and take appropriate action.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, our processing practices, our legal obligations, or our vendors and subprocessors.
